Business simulations and skills assessment that show what people can actually do.

We are the company behind Eureka Simulations and Pro Evaluation System. Your students or your teams make real decisions in a simulation, and you get evidence of their skills, not just of what they know. 18 of our simulations were co-developed with IESE Business School faculty.

Who it is for

Four ways in, one method

Kudzu Partners is an education technology company founded in Barcelona in 2016. It builds Eureka Simulations, a business-simulation platform with 2,000+ simulations, 18 of them co-developed with IESE Business School faculty, and Pro Evaluation System, a platform for 360°, competency and peer assessment. 46,000+ participants have trained with them at business schools, universities and companies in Europe and Latin America.

Business schools

Flagship simulations co-developed with IESE faculty for MBA and executive programmes: several rounds, team against team, a live instructor dashboard, and every decision recorded as evidence for Assurance of Learning.

Universities

An institutional licence to 2,000+ simulations for any course, many of them designed to run in a single class, plus 360° and peer assessment of soft skills with automated reports.

Student affairs, wellbeing and employability

Soft-skills assessments, climate and wellbeing surveys, 360° feedback and before-and-after evaluations of your programmes, with a report for every student and dashboards for the institution.

Companies

Simulations set in your sector and 360° and competency assessment, to develop your people and to decide on evidence who you promote. From 15-minute formats to full programmes, white-label.

How it works

Decide, measure, prove

Decide

Participants run a company, a negotiation or a supply chain in a simulation, alone or team against team, in the browser.

Measure

Every decision is recorded. 360°, competency and peer assessments add how others see each person.

Prove

A report for every participant, dashboards for faculty and HR, and exportable evidence for accreditation.

Need something that does not exist yet?

We build it with you. These are the four ways we usually do it.

Co-develop a simulation

With your faculty or your experts, as we have done 18 times with IESE. You bring the case and the learning goals; we design, build and run it.

Bring your own simulation

Already have one, in a spreadsheet or online? We move it onto the platform so it runs in class, with reports and integration with your LMS.

FAQ

What people ask us first

What is Kudzu Partners?

An education technology company based in Barcelona (Spain). We build business simulations (Eureka Simulations) and skills assessment (Pro Evaluation System) for business schools, universities and companies, and we have co-developed 18 simulations with IESE Business School faculty.

How are Eureka Simulations and Pro Evaluation System related?

They are our two products and they work together. In Eureka, people make decisions in a simulation; in PES, their skills are assessed through 360°, competency and peer evaluations. You can use either one on its own.

Who uses them?

Business schools such as IESE, IPADE and INALDE, universities such as UIC Barcelona and Universidad de los Andes, and companies that use them to develop and assess their people. 46,000+ participants have trained with our simulations.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. Eureka for Enterprise brings simulations set in your sector to corporate learning, and Pro Evaluation System covers 360° feedback and competency assessment for HR teams.

Can you build a simulation for us?

Yes, in three ways: we co-develop it with your faculty or experts, your team builds it with Eureka Express, or you bring a simulation you already have to the platform.

Does it work with our LMS and our data-protection rules?

Yes. The platform connects to Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard and other LMSs through LTI and supports SAML 2.0 single sign-on. Data is hosted on AWS in the European Union (Ireland), under GDPR and a data-processing agreement with each client.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the product and the format: one simulation for a single course, an annual institutional licence or a programme for a company. We send a quote after a 30-minute call.
