Student-by-student learning evidence, ready for your accreditation

Simulations and competency assessment designed for business schools and universities in Ibero-America. Every decision and every answer a student gives is aligned with your learning goals.

We measure each student's competencies before and after the simulation, in their language and with the data under your institution's control.

The problem

The AoL report describes an average, not each student

A sample every few years

Almost every school assesses each goal with a sample of student work, often 20 to 40 pieces, which a committee re-marks against a rubric every few years.

A result for the cohort

What comes out of that process describes the cohort as a whole. It does not say what each student has learned or who needs support.

Data that never reaches the report

Meanwhile, the simulation, the LMS and the AI tutor have already recorded what each student did. That information stays in each tool and never reaches the accreditation report.

How it works

Before, during and after

The same instrument at the start and at the end of the course, with a simulation in between.

  1. Before

The student completes a PES assessment of the competencies the course sets out to develop.

  2. During

They play a Eureka simulation. Every decision is recorded and tagged by competency.

  3. After

They take the same PES assessment again. The report shows how each student and the cohort have progressed, and exports as an annex for your AoL report.

What each product brings

Behaviour and competencies, in the same report

Behavioural evidence

Eureka Simulations

The decisions a student makes under pressure, in a 90-minute session inside a class that already exists, are recorded and tagged by competency.

Competency measurement

Pro Evaluation System (PES)

A validated framework of 5 dimensions and 20 competencies, or your school's own model. Individual and cohort reports written with AI from the answers, with LTI integration for your LMS and SAML for your institutional sign-in.

Go to Pro Evaluation System

Each product can be used on its own. Measuring a competency before and after takes both.

Use of AI In pilot

What the student does with AI

In simulations with AI agents, the platform can show how the student works with them: whether they delegate without checking, cross-check what they get back, or correct it.

It is evidence of a competency schools already have to develop, as AACSB Standard 4.3 and the AIBSC maturity model set out.

This measurement is in pilot. If you would like to try it in a course, tell us when you request the AoL pilot.

Data and governance

What your faculty build with AI, in a controlled environment

Your faculty will keep building simulations and tools with AI, and that is a good thing. What leadership needs is for everything that touches student data to run in an environment the institution controls.

With BYOS, the school brings its own simulation or survey, and the measurement and the data run on our platform, with the same safeguards as everything else.

What we can state

  • Hosting in the European Union and processing in line with the GDPR.
  • Role-based access and a complete audit log.
  • Integration through LTI 1.3, SAML 2.0 and OAuth.
  • The accreditation export carries pseudonymised student data.
  • No biometrics and no keystroke logging.
  • An automatic grade never decides on a student alone: the instructor has the final say.

What we do not have yet

We do not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. If your procurement process asks for it, we explain which controls we apply and how we document them.

Built in Spanish

Designed for Ibero-America

In your language

The simulations run in Spanish, Portuguese and English, and PES in seven languages. The cases and settings are Latin American and Iberian.

Your accreditation frameworks

The learning-outcome catalogue includes AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA, as well as the Colombian CNA framework (Acuerdo 01 of 2025).

Curriculum mapping already done

We have aligned our Express simulations with the curricula of several Colombian universities.

Barcelona and Medellín

Our team works from both cities, in Spanish and across European and American time zones.

How to start

One course, one cohort

AoL pilot

You choose a course and a cohort, and we run the whole flow with you. It fits what the standard proposes: one course per programme producing level 2 evidence in the 2027-28 academic year.

  • PES assessment at entry and at exit.
  • A Eureka simulation inside a class that already exists.
  • Progress report per student and per cohort.
  • Export ready for the annex of your AoL report.

Founding schools of the standard

AoL from Run One is a draft standard open for comment. We are looking for five to ten schools for the first wave, to apply it in a course and help us refine it.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace my Assurance of Learning process?

No. It gives your report evidence, student by student, but the programme's narrative, its goals and its improvement decisions remain your school's.

Do I have to use Eureka and PES together?

No. Each product can be used on its own. To measure the same competency before and after, you do need both: PES measures at the start and at the end, and the Eureka simulation is the experience in between.

Can I use my own rubric or competency framework?

Yes. You can work with the PES framework (5 dimensions and 20 competencies) or load your school's own model, and align each criterion with your learning goals.

Where is the data and who can access it?

The data is hosted in the European Union and processed in line with the GDPR. Access is role-based, everything is kept in an audit log, and the accreditation export is pseudonymised. We use no biometrics and log no keystrokes.

Does it work with my LMS?

Yes, through LTI 1.3. We also support sign-in with SAML 2.0 and OAuth.

Does it work for the CNA?

Yes. The CNA framework (Acuerdo 01 of 2025) is in the learning-outcome catalogue, next to AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA.

Do you have published impact studies?

Not yet. The pre and post pilot is exactly how to get them: it measures the same competency, with the same instrument, before and after the simulation.

Is it endorsed by an accreditor?

No. The AoL from Run One standard is a draft open for comment, and no accreditor has validated it.
